200-300 calories and really tasty. Serving suggestions are great. I’ve opted for the GF due to intolerance and felt no side effects. It’s amazing to find well labelled GF products.

I had convinced myself that I wouldn't like these products but I was proved wrong. They are really tasty. I would suggest adding a few of your own vegetables to bulk up a bit but I would recommend giving it a try
