At Shake That Weight LTD, we are committed to your satisfaction and adhere to UK consumer laws regarding distance selling. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures.

Returning Goods

Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items such as shaker bottles and fitness equipment can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in "as new" condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging). Worn, used, or damaged goods will not be refunded.

Food Items: Perishable items such as shakes, meals, snacks and bars are not covered by the cooling-off period and can only be returned if found faulty. If you have any doubts about your purchase, please initially choose a taster pack.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order:

If you wish to cancel the order before its marked as “packed”, please follow the section below, titled “Modifying / reporting an error with an order”, after which your payment will be refunded in full to your chosen payment method.

However, if the order has already been packed and dispatched to the courier, this will not be possible. Notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can do this by contacting our customer service team via our contact form, phone or email, found here.

1. The agent will assign you a unique RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once issued you can return the items securely packaged using a tracked postal service to the address, they provide you with. Please ensure you put a note inside with your name, order number and RMA number, otherwise your return cannot be processed.
2. Once you inform us of your cancellation, you then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us.

Costs of Return

If you cancel your order and return the goods, you will typically bear the cost of returning the items. Your refund will include the cost of standard postage to deliver the goods to you, unfortunately any extra charges for premium or express shipping are not covered.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team via our contact form here, and notify us of your intent to initiate a return.
2. The agent will assign you a unique RMA number. Once issued you can return the items securely packaged using a tracked postal service to the address they provide you with.

Please ensure you put a note inside with your name, order number and RMA number, otherwise your return cannot be processed.

Please note: Although we process refunds as fast as possible, your bank can take 5-7 working days to return the money to your account.

If you need to modify or report an error with your order, you can make changes yourself up until the point that your order is marked as "packed."

 After this point, unfortunately, no further modifications can be made by yourself and you will need to notify our customer service team here, who will be happy to assist you.

Note: If you cannot remember your password, you can use the "login with phone (sms)" option or select "email me a login link" for assistance.

2. Go to "My Orders" section to view your current orders.

To cancel your order:

To cancel your order, click the "cancel" button next to the relevant order. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation.

To edit your order or address:

If you wish to make changes to your order or shipping address, click the "edit" button. Please note that this action will cancel your original order and issue a refund.

The original order will then be loaded into your basket, allowing you to make the necessary changes and proceed to checkout again.

Important Reminder! When reordering, please double-check that all details, including any coupons or shipping methods you previously selected, have been re-selected to avoid further issues.
