Muesli
Muesli means mix. This wonderful mixture of oats, yogurt, fruits, and almonds is great any time of day.Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. dark seedless raisins
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and cubed
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 cup vanilla flavored light nonfat yogurt
Allergens: Milk, Tree Nut
Method
- Mix the rolled oats and skim milk before you prepare the other ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Eat right away or refrigerate for later.
- If you want to make it ahead of time, leave the banana out until ready to serve - it will keep for 2 days this way.
