  1. Empty a sachet into a microwaveable bowl
  2. Add 150ml skim milk, stir with a fork/whisk until dissolved
  3. Microwave on high (800W) for 3 mins 30 secs to 4 mins, stirring occasionally
    (Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave)
  4. Remove from microwave, stir, let it stand for 2-3 mins

Saucepan

  1. Empty 150ml skim milk into a saucepan
  2. Add contents of one sachet
  3. Gently heat contents for 3-4 mins, stir occasionally, until hot (do not boil)
  4. Let stand for 2-3 mins
