1. Empty contents into microwave safe bowl.
2. Slowly add 170ml of skim milk, stirring for a few seconds until well dissolved.
3. Microwave on high (800W) for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir and microwave for another minute.

I am coeliac can I do this diet?

How many kg can you lose with this bundle?
Hi Ariola, Thank you for you question. This will vary depending on your gender, size, how much weight you have to lose and how active you are. Most health professionals recommend losing up to 1kg (2lb) a week. This said total food replacement diets such as this do encourage more rapid weight-loss than traditional diets. Many people find they lose more than this when they first start the Shake That Weight plan, but then weight loss settles down and averages out at around 1kg (2lb) a week. If you read the reviews and success stories, customers have lost anywhere between 1 and 10 stone. Do you have anything dairy free?

I'm really sorry but a lot of our products contain dairy so unfortunately wouldn't be suitable for you. Can u use water with the shakes and porridges or does it have to be milk?

Our shakes are best when mixed with skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk to meet the diet plan requirements of 200-250 kcal per portion, If you wish, you can mix them with water for a fortified snack of around 125 calories.
