Broccoli Sesame Salad
This salad goes well with grilled fish, veggie burgers, stir-fry dishes, and vegetarian chili.This salad goes well with grilled fish, veggie burgers, stir-fry dishes and vegetarian chili. You can also use frozen broccoli — thaw and drain well before tossing with the dressing.
Ingredients
- 300g broccoli florets
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 Tbsp flavored vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 sliced spring onion
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method
- Place broccoli in small covered microwaveable container and cook on full power until crisp-tender for about 3 minutes.
- Rinse immediately with cool running water and drain well in colander.
- Place broccoli in medium-sized bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir well and serve immediately or chill for later use.
