Tony Jenkinson - Lost Two stone!

My Name is Tony and I am a lorry driver. Being on the road all the time can lead to a very unhealthy diet of snacking and eating from service stations. I knew I needed to start losing weight when I saw a photo of myself and I was shocked by how much weight I had put on. I wanted to get my confidence back and feel happy with the way I look again. That is what led me to start Shake That Weight

As a lorry driver I have to climb in and out of a lorry to load and unload. The extra weight I was carrying was taking its toll on my knees. I would also struggle to sleep in the cab as the beds are quite small.

I never thought I would be able to change and I would just be stuck at this size forever. I thought it would be impossible to manage through the day on just shakes and fruit, so I was quite surprised with how they filled me enough to keep me satisfied. I love the strawberry shake, it tastes good and I look forward to drinking it. I never thought you would hear me say that!

Thanks to Shake That Weight I now realise that I need to make a change in my life style. I noticed the difference after just 2 week's, I can't believe how the weight has just fallen off. I now need a new wardrobe!
