Microwave
- Empty a sachet into a microwaveable bowl
- Add 150ml skim milk, stir with a fork/whisk until dissolved
- Microwave on high (800W) for 3 mins 30 secs to 4 mins, stirring occasionally
(Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave) - Remove from microwave, stir, let it stand for 2-3 mins
Saucepan
- Empty 150ml skim milk into a saucepan
- Add contents of one sachet
- Gently heat contents for 3-4 mins, stir occasionally, until hot (do not boil)
