1. Empty contents into a bowl.
2. Slowly add 100ml of cold water, stirring with a whisk or a fork until fully dissolved.
3. Let it stand for 1 to 3 minutes.
4. Heat a drop of oil in a non-stick pan.
5. Pour mixture into the hot pan and cook it over a medium to high heat for 1 minute on both sides. Use half the mixture if you just want 2x pancakes.
6. Consume within 10 minutes.
Have a decadent breakfast without cheating on your diet. Low in fat and fortified with essential vitamins and minerals. You can even mix things up a little by creating your own twist. Try adding some sliced berries or a bit of grated dark chocolate.
