I only have the shakes haven't tried anything else, they are great and so easy to prepare and take with me when going anywhere.Got a free shaker with this order and the shakes mix so well.some are with water some with milk they mix completely smooth no lumps.I use them to do a detox and especially helps doing dry January 😁 and fabulous losing a bit of weight and fitting into clothes that are very snug.
